35 NB club members and two NB boats took part in a friendly regatta with crews and boats from Eastern, Boatie and Eskmuthe on Sunday 6th April.
Conditions were not good around the Craig so an alternative back and to course across Milsey Bay was hastily put together which turned out to be an excellent option.
Early conditions were good with a small swell and light winds from the east. During the day sea breezes increased and on water conditions became a little more ‘sporty’. However this did not affect what was a really enjoyable day of racing in glorious sunshine. Remember the factor 50 next time!
