Club Rowing Schedule

This programme of weekly events allows all of our members to attend rowing sessions that best suit their own needs and desired workout level. Some of the sessions require you to reserve your seat in advance, this should allow busy people to maximise their time on the water. Others are drop-in, or you just get in touch with the organiser a week in advance to state your interest.

Junior Rowing

Winter Training Juniors

Intermediate Improvers Rowing

These sessions are aimed at rowers who’d like to row better, rusty rowers who’d like to refresh their skills, and any member who wants to spend an hour focussing on technique. Exercise level will be moderate, but expect to work up a sweat.

Regatta Training

This session is for all members to train for racing in regattas. Rowing, coxing and fitness. Reserve your place at this session up to one week in advance. At the beginning of the season evening sessions will run until 8:00pm or sunset, whichever comes first.
