Our regatta this year will be held on Saturday 26th August 2017. We will have races around Craigleith, approx 1.8miles, which takes anything from 18-30 mins depending on conditions of water and crew!
Depending on conditions we may need to split the races into 2 waves (stronger the wind, the less boats we can manage on the start line), final placings will be determined on time.

*The Mixed Novice / Fresher event is a single race open to crews of Novice (never won a race) or Fresher (first year of rowing) rowers.
**60+ Race will be around the Craig, but this year the rule for this category is that the average age of the rowers should be 60+
**The two U19 crews we have, will race in the 60+ race, but for their own medals.
Crews racing in “mixed” category events must have at least one male rower in the crew, and there must be at least 2 female rowers rowing at all times.
