After a prolonged absence due to the repercussions of the December storm when we’ve been more visible in the gym than on the beach, NBRC is back on the water with thanks to our very kind friends from Eyemouth who have lent us a boat while ours are under maintenance/build/repair.
Well done John Irvine! Representing NBRC at the Scottish Indoor Rowing Championships John posted an incredibly quick 3:08.2 for 1000m to take the Men’s 50+ Heavyweight title. Full results are here

A very high tide and huge swell last night (3:00am 15 Dec 2012) wrecked North Berwick Dinghy Park and swept our beloved St Baldred into the harbour where it has suffered severe damage, losing its bow section.
