A phenomenal performance from our own John Irvine at yesterday’s Scottish Indoor Rowing Championships. John was pipped into second spot by just 0.1secs in the 50+ event. But his time of 3:08.2 for 1000m was awesome. Try it! Full results here

Clubs from East Lothian and the Borders met on neutral waters for a Championship Regatta on Saturday 1 October. Conditions were flat calm on Whitadder Resevoir in the Lammermuir Hills.
